Pastors Jim and Beverly Blanchard

WELCOME

Jim and Beverly Blanchard are pastors of Rivers of Living Water Church, a rapidly growing congregation, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Pastor Jim is a 1993 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and is licensed by RHEMA Ministerial Association International. Beverly completed one year of study at RHEMA Bible Training Center and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Old Dominion University.
