Jim and Beverly Blanchard are pastors of Rivers of Living Water Church, a rapidly growing congregation, in Virginia Beach , Virginia. Pastor Jim is a 1993 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow , Oklahoma , and is licensed by RHEMA Ministerial Association International. Beverly completed one year of study at RHEMA Bible Training Center and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Old Dominion University .

•  To seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matt. 6:33).

•  To perfect the saints for the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:12).

•  To edify the body of Christ until we all come in the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to maturity, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Eph. 4:13).

•  To go into all the world and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Mark 16:15).
